From the Luberon, in the heart of Provence, this elegant white is crafted from grapes typical of the Rhône Valley: Viognier, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc, blended to create a wine of exceptional clarity and flavour. The wine has a clean, mineral freshness on the nose, with initial scents of wildflowers that give way to layers of light citrus, pear, ripe melon and a hint of honeyed richness. On the palate, the Viognier and Roussanne contribute exotic fruit, lychee, mango and tangerine with a note of honey, while the light acidity of grapefruit and lime zest from the Grenache Blanc provides balance. The finish is long, with lingering ripe fruit and a touch of honey.
