We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Wine and hampers are £17.50 per delivery (£25.00 to Northern Ireland). Merchandise on its own is £5.00 for small parcels and £10.00 for larger ones, calculated at checkout.

Our Service

We use independent courier services to deliver your order. During extremely busy periods our delivery times may be extended. Where this occurs, we will make every effort to let you know. If you would like to order from outside the UK, please contact info@domainedesjeanne.com for more information.

Delivery Times

Orders are normally delivered within 3 – 7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) of you placing the order. When you place an order you will receive an initial email from us confirming receipt of your order. As soon as your order has been picked and is ready for dispatch you will receive a second confirmation email. Deliveries will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Age Verification

Goods must be ordered by and received by a person 18 years of age or older. Where any of our drivers are in doubt as to the age of the person receiving the goods, they reserve the right to request proof of age and / or retain the goods until they can be received by a person of or above the legal age to purchase alcohol.
